Recently we return a lot of order for iPhone Locked on KT & SK Telecom Korea as “Not Found“…. It was a terrible mistake from our side. For this service to work we not only need the IMEI of your iPhone but also the Serial Number ! So we just make some modifications on UnlockBase to allow you to submit this data when you place your order.
You can get the serial number by tapping on Settings > General > About and scrolling down alongside other info like model, IMEI, and baseband firmware version. If the device is connected to a computer you can also look under the “Summary” tab of iTunes to find the serial number. It look like this :
